Cedar Ridge Community Park
Nestled among large trees between Cedar Ridge Boulevard and Peat Drive, Cedar Ridge Park is currently home to a playground, a wooded walking trail, seating, parking, and opportunities for imaginative play. The Town's Recreation Master Plan identified the need for improvements at this park, including upgrading the playground to include multi-generational and multi-ability opportunities for all ages to socialize and play, and providing dog-friendly amenities, such as a dog park enclosure. The Town is now developing a master plan to guide the improvements at the park over the coming years.
In May, residents were invited to the park to view the conceptual site plan, share their ideas for the future of the park, and complete an online survey. More than 50 people dropped by the park to share their feedback and ideas! The plan was revised based on what we heard, and in June, residents were invited to see the revised conceptual site plan and share their feedback.
We invite you to explore the conceptual renderings of the park and share your feedback before we present the conceptual plan to Town Council. You can share your comments by sending a message using the button at the bottom of the page.
We look forward to hearing from you!
